Dump Truck Driver
We are hiring experienced dump truck drivers to operate our SHACMAN F3000 and HOWO TX400 8×4 fleet across active mine sites and construction corridors in West Africa. Candidates must hold a clean driving record and demonstrate safe, professional operation of heavy haulage vehicles.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck driving experience
- Valid heavy vehicle driving licence
- Clean and verifiable driving record
- Familiarity with mine site safety procedures
- Ability to operate SHACMAN F3000 or HOWO TX400 class vehicles
- Willingness to work on remote mine sites

- Proficiency with 36–45 tonne class excavators
- Experience with DEVELON, Komatsu, or equivalent brands
- Strong understanding of earthworks and site safety
- Ability to read site plans and work to grade
- Valid operator certification preferred
